Italian Veggie Skillet
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch broccolini
1/2 cup red bell peppers sliced
1/2 cup yellow bell peppers sliced
1 tsp. Morton & Bassett Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Parmesan cheese (optional), shredded or shaved

Prep: 10 minutes,  Cook: about 5 minutes,  Serves: 4

1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Lay broccolini on a cutting board and cut in half to make stalks shorter. Add to skillet with bell peppers.

2. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. Stir in seasonings. Top with shredded or shaved Parmesan cheese, if you like.
