Quick Prosciutto and Tomato Pizza
Quick Prosciutto and Tomato Pizza
3 tbsp. California Sun-Dry Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
3 (7 -inch) precooked pizza crusts
1 (8- oz.) package Volpi Basil Rotola (in our Deli)
Shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
Snipped fresh basil (optional)

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 3 large or 6 small

1. Spread tomato spread onto crusts. Thinly slice Volpi and place equal amounts onto pizzas. Sprinkle with a little shredded Parmesan cheese, if you like.

2. Grill over indirect heat for about 10 minutes, rotating pizzas occasionally with tongs to avoid burning crusts.

3. Top with snipped fresh basil, if you like.
