Maple Pecan Ice Cream
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup half & half
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup Emerald Pecan Pie coarsely chopped Pecans (1/2 of a 5- oz. bag)
Prep time: 15 minutes
Chill time: several hours or overnight
Freeze time: 20 to 30 minutes

Stir together all ingredients except pecans in a large
bowl, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover and
refrigerate until very cold, then transfer to an ice cream
maker and freeze according to manufacturer's
directions. Remove paddle and stir in pecans; cover
and freeze until ready to serve.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
