Hot Pastrami Flatbread Pizza
Hot Pastrami Flatbread Pizza
2 Multi-Grain Flatout Wraps (in our Deli)
1/4 cup light or regular Caesar salad dressing
4 oz. pastrami very thinly sliced
1/4 cup dill pickles chopped
1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced and quartered
4 slices 3-4 oz Alpine Lace 25% Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 12 to 15 minutes

Place wraps on a baking sheet lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray. Broil
for a minute or so on each side to crisp. Reduce oven temperature to 425F.
Place equal amounts of dressing, pastrami, pickles and onions onto wraps. Tear
cheese into small pieces and place on top. Bake for about 10 minutes or until
cheese is melted and very bubbly.
