Sage Olive Biscuits
Sage Olive Biscuits
1 cup prepared baking mix
1/2 cup Lindsay Naturals Green Ripe Olives, drained and chopped
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup light sour cream
1 tsp. dried sage
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 to 12 minutes, Makes: 6 (2½-inch) biscuits

1. Stir together baking mix, olives, cheese, sour cream, sage and pepper to taste with a fork in a medium bowl.

2. Gather into a ball with your hands and press 3/4-inch thick on a lightly floured board. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden on top.
