Sunflower Hummus
Sunflower Hummus
1 (15- oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup organic plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup Once Again Sunflower Seed Nut Butter
1/4 cup sesame tahini
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Simply Organic Ground Cumin
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup roasted and salted sunflower seeds (bulk bin #762)

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Puree all ingredients except sunflower seeds in a blender or food processor; process until very smooth.

2. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with sunflower seeds just before serving.
