Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Lemon Garlic Shrimp
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lemon, sliced
1 lb. large shrimp, cooked
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Prep: 10 minutes, Stand: at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours
Makes: 8 appetizers

1. Heat oil in a small saucepan just until it begins to simmer; remove from heat. Add garlic and lemon and set aside for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.

2. Remove garlic and lemon and pour oil over shrimp. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
