Maple Pumpkin Pie Granola

Maple Pumpkin Pie Granola
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup roasted and salted pumpkin seeds (bulk bin #630)
1 cup chopped dried apples

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in a medium saucepan; add syrup and pumpkin pie spice and mix well.

2. Stir in oats and pumpkin seeds; transfer to a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Press into a 1-inch thick layer.

3. Bake for 10 minutes; stir and bake for 15 minutes more. Remove from oven and toss with dried apples. Let cool completely to crisp.
