Tomato Bruschetta

Tomato Bruschetta
1 baguette (plain or toasted), cut into 1/4-inch thick diagnonal slices
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1½ tbsp. fresh basil
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Prep: 10 minutes, Makes: 12 appetizer servings

1. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic.

2. Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve on plain or toasted baguette slices.
