Vietnamese Chicken Sandwiches
2½ cups shredded coleslaw blend (green and purple cabbage and carrots)
1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1/3 cup Asian chicken salad dressing
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/8 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder (on the spices aisle)
1 French baguette, halved lengthwise

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Toss together all ingredients except baguette in a medium bowl.

2. Spoon onto baguette bottom; close sandwich and cut into 4 pieces.
