California Avocado Ranch Burgers

California Avocado Ranch Burgers
2 (20- oz.) packages ground turkey
1½ tbsp. dry ranch dip mix (from a 1- oz. packet)
8 slices pepper Jack cheese
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup Raley's Fresh Pico de Gallo
1/4 cup real bacon pieces

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Mix ground turkey with dip mix; shape into 8 flat patties. Cook on a well-oiled grill for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through; top each with a slice of pepper Jack cheese and remove from grill.

2. Meanwhile, mash avocados in a medium bowl. Stir in remaining ranch mix, pico de gallo and bacon pieces, if you like. Line toasted buns with lettuce, then top with burgers and avocado mixture.
