Roasted Olives and Grapes

Roasted Olives and Grapes
1 (11.1- oz.) jar pitted kalamata olives, halved (about 1¼ cups)
2½ cups red grapes
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

Recipe may be doubled.

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 1 hour, Makes: 1 cup

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together all ingredients except basil on a large rimmed baking sheet.

2. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and serve warm or at room temperature with goat cheese and baguette slices.

For gift giving, transfer cooled mixture to decorative containers. Keep refrigerated for 2 weeks.
