Savory Onion Herb Rolls

Savory Onion Herb Rolls
3/4 cup crushed french fried onions
1/3 cup Raley's Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
1 tsp. dry basil
8 Bridgford Parkerhouse Rolls thawed
1½ tbsp. olive oil

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 12 to 15 minutes, 
Rise: 1 hour, Makes: 8 rolls

1. Stir together onions, cheese and basil in a small bowl. Roll rolls in olive oil, then knead each roll for about 10 seconds in fried onion mixture.

2. Shape into round rolls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet; let stand for 1 hour to rise. Bake in the center of a 375°F preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
