Chicken Littles

Chicken Littles
2 Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce, plus extra for drizzling, if you like
3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
3 tbsp. minced celery

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: about 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Place each chicken breast in a plastic bag and pound with a meat mallet until very thin. 

2. Spread with equal amounts of wing sauce over the top of each and sprinkle with cheese and celery. Roll up tightly and cut into 1-inch strips; secure each with a toothpick. 

3. Place on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Drizzle with additional wing sauce, if you like.
