Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess Dressing
1 cup loosely packed watercress
1 cup loosely packed flat leaf parsley
3/4 cup green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh tarragon
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Prep: 10 minutes, Makes 1½ cups

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.

2. Store tightly covered for up to 1 week.
