Cherry Pie Jars

Cherry Pie Jars
2 heaping cups pitted fresh or canned cherries juice drained
1/4 cup Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 of a (15- oz.) box refrigerated pie crust (1 pie crust)

Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 40 to 45 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray 4 wide mouth half pint canning jars or
4 (1-cup) oven-safe ramekins with
nonstick cooking spray.
2. Stir together cherries, preserves, cornstarch and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
3. Unroll crust on a lightly floured board and roll into a 12-inch circle. Cut into fourths, trimming edges to make 5-inch squares; place in bottom of prepared jars.
4. Place equal amount of filling in each jar. Use remaining crust to make lattice tops.
5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Let cool before serving.
