Gluten-Free Chocolate Waffles

Gluten-Free Chocolate Waffles
1 bag Pamela's Chocolate Cake Mix
1¼ cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 organic eggs
Whipped cream or ice cream, fresh berries, chocolate sauce, mint leaves (optional toppings)

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 5 to 7 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Stir together all ingredients except toppings in a medium bowl. Do not overmix. Bake in a greased, preheated waffle iron until firm to the touch.

2. Serve immediately with desired toppings
