Healthy Grilled Fries
1½ lbs. russet potatoes
1 tbsp. organic olive oil
2 tsp. Spike Seasoning Blend

Cut 1½ lbs. russet potatoes into wedges. Toss with 1 tbsp. organic olive oil and 2 tsp. Spike Seasoning Blend. Grill over medium heat for 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning once or twice.
