Shrimp Chow Mein

Shrimp Chow Mein
1 (6- oz.) package Wel Pac Chow Mein Stir Fry Noodles
2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
1 (12- oz.) package raw Contessa Shrimp (61 to 70 count), peeled and deveined, tail off
1 (11- oz.) package Raley's Asian Stir Fry Veggies (in our Produce Dept.)
1/3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. In a medium saucepan, cook noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes; drain and set aside.

2. In a skillet or wok, cook shrimp in 1 tbsp. oil until pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. Heat remaining oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Add noodles and vegetables; stir-fry for 5 minutes.

4. Stir in cooked shrimp and sauce; cook for 1 minute more or until hot. Top with peanuts and green onions.
