Asian Beef and Rice Wraps

Asian Beef and Rice Wraps
1 to 1 1/2 lb. top sirloin steak boneless
1 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce divided
4 Rancho del Sol Burri to Size Flour Tortillas
3 cups Hinode Rice hot cooked
1/2 cup green onions sliced
1/4 cup peanuts chopped
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Lay steak flat on a cutting board and cut in half horizontally to make very thin steaks. Coat with 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce. Grill or broil for about 3 to 5 minutes per side; let cool slightly. Cut meat into bite-size pieces and toss with remaining sauce. Heat tortillas in the oven or microwave. Place equal amounts of rice, beef, green onions and peanuts in the center of each tortilla. Fold in sides and bottom to enclose filling.

Makes 4 servings.
