Spicy Steak with Cajun Mushrooms

Spicy Steak with Cajun Mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. London broil
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. McCormick Cajun Seasoning
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. dry sherry
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Sprinkle steak on both sides with 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning. Grill over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes for medium, turning once. Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium skillet. Add mushrooms and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning and sherry; cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked and liquid had been reduced slightly. Cut steak into 1/4-inch thick slices and serve with mushrooms.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
