Tex Mex Chicken Soup

Tex Mex Chicken Soup
2 cups water
2 tsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Seasoning
2 (10¾- oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (15.25- oz.) can Raley's corn, drained
1 (15- oz.) can Raley's Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14.5- oz.) can Raley's Fire Roasted Salsa
1 (10- oz.) can Raley's Chicken OR
2 cups coarsely shredded rotisserie chicken
1 (4- oz.) can Raley's Diced Green Chiles
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Top with crushed tortilla chips, snipped green onions and fresh cilantro.

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Stir together all ingredients except cheese in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.

2. Slowly add cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
