French Olive and Brie Turkey Burgers

French Olive and Brie Turkey Burgers
2 (20- oz.) packages lean ground turkey
3/4 cup minced shallots
1/3 cup minced cornichons, plus extra for garnish
1 3.5 oz. jar Cat Cora's Kitchen Kalamata Olive Tapenade
1 tbsp. herbes de Provence
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. garlic salt
4 oz. Brie sliced
8 large or 16 small French rolls, split and toasted (we like Pepperidge Farm Stone Baked French Rolls)
Arugula (topper)
Dijon mustard (topper)

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 10 to 15 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Mix turkey, shallots, cornichons, tapenade, herbes de Provence, mustard and garlic salt in a large bowl.

2. Shape into 8 or 16 flat patties and cook on a well-oiled grill over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side, topping with 4 oz. sliced Brie after turning. Serve on toasted French rolls with arugula and Dijon mustard.
