Mediterranean Burger

Mediterranean Burgers
2½ lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 cup Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese with Tomatoes and Basil
1/2 cup chopped, roasted bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
8 ciabatta rolls or hamburger buns
Hummus (topping)
Lettuce (topping)
Tomato slices (topping)

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 10 to 15 minutes, Serves: 8

Mix ground beef, Feta cheese, bell peppers and kalamata olives in a large bowl. Shape into 8 flat patties and cook on a well-oiled grill over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Serve on lightly toasted buns with hummus, lettuce and tomato slices.
