Creamy Two Bean Soup
2 cups vegetable broth
1½ cups Frontera Chipotle Salsa
1 (16- oz.) can refried beans
1 (15- oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Seasoning Blend
Toppings: tortilla chips, shredded Mexican blend cheese, sliced green onions

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 30 minutes, Serves: 3

1. Bring broth, salsa, refried beans, rinsed and drained black beans and seasoning blend to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes.

2. Top with crumbled tortilla chips, shredded Mexican blend cheese and sliced green onions, if you like. Recipe may be doubled.
