Flank Steak with Pineapple Salsa

Flank Steak with Pineapple Salsa
2 lbs. Raley's Beef flank steak California raised USDA choice
1 (1.06- oz.) packet McCormick Baja Citrus or Moji to Lime Marinade
1 (7- oz.) container Raley's Fresh Pico de Gallo
3/4 cup juice packed crushed pineapple drained
Salt and pepper

Makes 6 servings. 

Coat flank steak with marinade; let stand for 5 minutes. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until beef is cooked to your liking. Remove and place on plate; tent with foil and set aside. Stir together pico de gallo and drained pineapple; season to taste with salt and pepper. Slice beef thinly across the grain and place on a platter. Pour any accumulated juices over the top; serve with pineapple salsa.
