Peanut Butter Apple Spread

Nut Butter Apple Spread
1 cup creamy nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower or soynut butter are all good choices)
1/2 cup finely chopped apple (Granny Smith works great!)
2 tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Gluten-free graham crackers (try Schar Gluten Free Honey Grahams) or bread

Prep: 5 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Press plastic wrap tightly against the surface and refrigerate until ready to use. Use within 3 days. Spread on gluten-free graham crackers, toast or bread.
