Grilled Pesto and Sun-Dried Tomato Pizzas
4 personal size Boboli Pizza Crusts
1/2 cup Classico Traditional Basil Pesto
1 1/2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
1/4 cup chopped California Sun•Dry Sun-Dried Tomatoes drained
2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 to 20 minutes

Spread pesto sauce over pizza crusts.

Top each with equal amounts of Italian
cheese, dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Place on a grill
over very low heat. Cover grill and cook for about 15
minutes or until cheese is melted, being careful not to burn
the bottoms. Pizzas may also be baked at 450°F for 10 minutes.
