Spicy Asian Barbecue Beef
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. chili garlic sauce (asian style)
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 to 1-1/4 lb. Raley's Beef top sirloin steak California raised USDA choice
Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except steak; set aside. Cut steak into thin strips and place in a heated nonstick skillet. Stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes. Add sauce mixture and cook for a few minutes more. Garnish with sliced green onions, if you like.

Makes 4 servings.

Serve over rice with crisp egg rolls.
