Pain au Chocolat

Pain au Chocolat
1 sheet puff pastry
Ghirardelli Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
Odense Pure Almond Paste
Powdered sugar
Cut 1 sheet puff pastry (half of a 17.9-oz. box) into 6
equal pieces. Place 1/3 cup Ghirardelli Bittersweet
Chocolate Chips and 3 tbsp. crumbled Odense Pure
Almond Paste, divided equally, in the center of the
dough pieces. Fold each side in, overlapping to
enclose. Press the ends of the dough packets to seal
and gently press the top seam. Bake at 400°F for 20
minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let cool
slightly and dust with powdered sugar.
