Berry Almond Granola

Berry Almond Granola
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup sliced almonds
2/3 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
3 tbsp. Tru Roots Sprouted Quinoa Trio
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. almond extract in a large bowl
1 (2-oz.) package Just Blueberries or Raspberries (or 1/2 cup of each) (in our Produce Dept.)

We’ve kicked up the nutrition in this granola recipe by adding sprouted quinoa and chia seeds. Both add a bit of nutty flavor and lots of crunch!

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Stir together oats, almonds, agave nectar, coconut, quinoa, chia seeds and almond extract in a large bowl.

2. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Stir and bake for 10 minutes more or until lightly browned.

3. Stir in Just Blueberries or Raspberries (or 1/2 cup of each). Store in an airtight container.
