Kale Chips for One

Kale Chips for One
1 bunch curly green kale
1/4 tsp. Raley's Isle of Capri Sea Salt
1 tsp. finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Prep: 3 minutes, Cook: 3 to 3½ minutes, Serves: 1

1. Tear kale from stems into 2-inch pieces and measure 2 lightly packed cups. Place on a large microwave-safe plate and coat with olive oil cooking spray, tossing to coat all sides.

2. Sprinkle with salt and Parmesan cheese. Microwave for 3 to 3½ minutes or until very crisp.
