Cocoa Chile Spiced Popcorn

Cocoa Chile Spiced Popcorn
1/3 cup popcorn kernels
3 tbsp. canola oil
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1½ tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Pop kernels in oil in a large covered pot. Transfer to a large bowl when popping stops.

2. Stir together sugar, cocoa powder, chili powder and cinnamon in a small bowl. Transfer to a fine mesh sieve and sprinkle over popcorn while still warm, tossing popcorn while sprinkling to evenly coat.
