Red Pepper Quinoa Wraps

Red Pepper Quinoa Wraps
1 (4.9-oz.) box Near East Roasted Red Pepper and Basil Quinoa Blend
1 cup shredded smoked mozzarella cheese (in our Deli)
1/2 cup small white beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/2 cup snipped fresh basil
2 La Tortilla Factory 100 Calorie 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Cook quinoa blend according to package directions.

2. Stir in cheese, beans, olives, peppers and basil. Microwave for 2 minutes more to heat through.

3. Spread onto tortillas and roll up tightly. Cut each in half.
