Artichoke Hummus Wraps

Artichoke Hummus Wraps
1 (8- oz.) container or 1 cup hummus (in our Deli)
3 burrito-size flour tortillas
1 (6.5- oz.) jar Raley's Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup roasted red bell pepper strips
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1 (2.25- oz.) can Raley's Sliced Ripe Olives, drained
2 green onions, sliced

Prep: 10 minutes  Serves: 4 to 6

1. Spread hummus onto tortillas; top with remaining ingredients.
2. Roll up tightly and cut each roll in half.

Tossed all the filling with some of the artichoke marinade and added some feta cheese kalamota olives and fresh ground pepper to taste...YUMMY!
