Easy Shepherd's Pie

Easy Shepherd's Pie
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (12- oz.) jar beef gravy
1-1/2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
1 package shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Brown ground beef in a large skillet until most of the pink is gone. Drain excess fat; add gravy, vegetables, onions and Worcestershire sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, then transfer to four 2-cup ramekins or other ovenproof dishes.

2. Spread equal amounts of mashed potatoes over the surface of each ramekin, leaving the surface of potatoes rough. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
