Fig Balsamic Olives

Fig Balsamic Olives
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 (6- oz.) cans extra large ripe olives
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup red wine
2 tbsp. Dalmatia Fig Spread (in our Deli)
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp. finely grated orange zest

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add olives and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, then stir in red wine, fig spread and balsamic vinegar. Cook for a few minutes more or until excess liquid has cooked off.

2. Stir in rosemary and orange zest. Serve warm.
