Watermelon Habanero  Hot Sauce

Watermelon Habanero Hot Sauce
6 cups watermelon chunks
6 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. Badia Arbol Ground Chili
1 tsp. Badia Pasilla Ground Chili
3/4 tsp. salt
2 to 3 large habanero peppers

Prep: 10 minutes  Cook: 20 to 25 minutes  
Makes: about 1-1/3 cups

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Transfer to a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat slightly and boil for 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
3. Let cool, then transfer to an airtight bottle. Store for up to one month in the refrigerator.
