Savory Caraway Onions and Beer Beef
2 strips chopped bacon
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup brown ale
1 tbsp. stone ground mustard
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
4 steaks, grilled

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Cook bacon and onion in a medium skillet over medium heat for 15 minutes or until soft and golden. stirring frequently. Stir in ale, mustard and caraway seeds; cook for 5 minutes to reduce.

2. Spoon over grilled steaks.
