Chicken Mummies

Chicken Mummies
2 lbs. Raley's Chicken Tenders, thawed
1 tbsp. McCormick Perfect Pinch Chicken Seasoning
2-1/2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
2/3 cup fat-free milk
2 tbsp. Sunsweet Plum Amazins Diced Prunes or tiny prune pieces

Prep: 30 minutes  Cook: 20 minutes  Serves: 8

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line 2 large baking sheets with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray or lightly grease. Lay chicken in a single layer on a board and sprinkle both sides with seasoning. 

2. Stir together Bisquick and milk to form a soft dough. Transfer to a board with additional Bisquick and knead several times. Pinch off 1-inch balls and roll each into a 1/8-inch strip. Wrap around chicken leaving a little space between strips then place on prepared baking sheets. Press prunes into mummies to form eyes. 

3. Tent with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve warm.
