Ginger Marinated Citrus Salad

Ginger Marinated Citrus Salad
4 oranges
2 tangerines
2 pink grapefruit
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Ginger Paste (in our Produce Dept.)
1 tsp. Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass Paste (in our Produce Dept.)

Prep: 15 minutes, Marinate: several hours to overnight, Serves: 8 to 10

1. Cut away peel from fruit and cut fruit into 1/4-inch thick slices. Layer in a large shallow serving dish.

2. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over fruit; cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve with a slotted spoon.

I would substitute fresh ginger for the paste and use less OJ
