Pasta with Creamy Pumpkin Sauce

Pasta with Creamy Pumpkin Sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup Raley's Canned Pumpkin
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. snipped fresh sage or basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package mushroom ravioli or linguine

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 2 to 3

1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in pumpkin, cream, vegetable broth and balsamic vinegar.

2. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in fresh sage or basil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over mushroom ravioli or linguine.
