Garam Masala Chicken

Garam Masala Chicken
1 lb. chicken tenders
1½ tsp. curry powder
1½ tsp. Raley's Garam Masala Seasoning
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. honey

Garnish with chopped pistachios and parsley for extra flavor and color.

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes ,Serves: 4  

1. Coat chicken with seasonings and salt. Cook chicken and onion in oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is nicely browned and cooked through, turning and stirring occasionally.

2. Add lime juice and honey and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve over tri-color couscous, if you like.
