Black Bean Burger Melts
1 (9.5 -oz.) box MorningStar Farms Spicy Black Bean Burgers, thawed
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup shredded Jack cheese
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tsp. chopped pickled jalapeño peppers
Shredded romaine lettuce (optional)
4 hamburger bun bottoms (optional)

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Heat burgers in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes, turning once or twice.

2. Stir together tomato, cheese, olives, corn, green onions and peppers in a small bowl. Spoon over burgers and cook, covered, for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.

3. Serve over shredded romaine lettuce or open- faced on bun bottoms.
