1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup unsweetened soy or almond milk
1 tbsp. limoncello
Freshly grated lemon peel

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 90 seconds, Serves: 1

1. Combine chocolate chips and milk in a microwave-safe mug; microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through cooking time.

2. Stir in limoncello, making sure everything is well combined. Garnish with freshly grated lemon peel.
