Lemon Buttermilk Dressing

Lemon Buttermilk Dressing
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. finely minced red onion
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or parsley
1½ tsp. honey
1½ tsp. grated lemon zest
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Prep: 10 minutes, Makes: about 1¼ cups

1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. May be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week.
