Almond Cheesecakes for Two

Almond Cheesecakes for Two
1 Clif Kit's Organic Berry Almond Fruit and Nut Bar, crumbled and divided
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1½ tbsp. beaten egg
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. sliced almonds

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Chill: 2 hours, Serves: 2

1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Crumble Clif Bar and press 2/3 of mixture into 2 paper-lined muffin cups.

2. Whisk together softened cream cheese, beaten egg, sugar and almond extract. Spoon into lined cups and sprinkle with remaining nut bar and 2 tsp. sliced almonds.

3. Bake for 20 minutes; refrigerate for 2 hours until ready to serve.
