Pan Seared Tofu with Asian Slaw

Pan Seared Tofu with Asian Slaw
1 package extra firm tofu
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp. Chinese 5-spice powder
1 (16- oz.) package Fresh Express 3 Color Deli Cole Slaw
1/3 cup Asian vinaigrette or dressing
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: about 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Cut tofu into 3/4-inch strips and press dry between layers of paper towels. Stir together sauces and 5-spice powder in a small bowl.

2. Cook tofu in a large skillet in oil over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, turning frequently to brown all sides.  Baste with 3/4 of the sauce and remove from heat.

3. Stir together cole slaw and vinaigrette. Place tofu over slaw and drizzle with any remaining sauce. Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro and almonds.
