Naan Chicken Pizza

Naan Chicken Pizza
1/2 lb. Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. Raley's Garam Masala Seasoning
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 small onion, quartered and sliced
1 (8- oz.) jar Sukhi's Mango Chutney
1 (8.8- oz.) package naan bread (in our Bakery)*
3/4 cup small pieces Paneer Cheese (see link to recipe in directions)
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh cilantro leaves

Prep: 30 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 6 to 8 

1. Cut chicken into small, bite-size pieces and toss with all spices and seasonings. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

2. Spoon equal amounts of chutney over naan bread. Top with Paneer, mozzarella and chicken. Grill over indirect heat for 10 minutes or until cheeses are melted, rotating occasionally to cook evenly.

3. Remove from grill and top with cilantro.
