Bahian Rubbed Steak

Bahian Rubbed Steak
2 tsp. ground cumin (preferably toasted)
1-1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1-1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1-1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. white pepper
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 Raley's Beef New York or other grilling steaks California raised USDA choice
Lemon wedges

Prep: 10 minutes, Stand: 15 minutes, Cook: 6 to 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together all spices in a small bowl; rub over both sides of meat and let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Grill over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until beef is cooked to your liking. Let stand for 5 minutes before drizzling with lemon juice.
